Air Export Coordinator

Our client, a logistics company located by JFK Airport, is looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join their growing company. This position is direct hire and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn Ocean Export. 

Responsibilities:

•  customer quotes
•  negotiating with airlines and carriers
• booking shipments
•  coordinating pickups and warehouse activity
•  preparing airway bills and export documentation
•  communicating with customers and vendors
•  handling escalations
• managing shipments through final departure

Skills:

• 2+ Years Air Export Experience
• CargoWise preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Team Player
